Alan VadalaFounder/ CEO
Alan has been managing all facets of the turf service and construction business for over 20 years including experience working for SBI (Sawtell Bros.) and Earthworks (RF Morse). Alan is a graduate of Dean College of Business.
Derek LaFrataConstruction / Forman
Arguably one the best machine operators around, we are proud to have Derek as one of our team leaders! Derek not only works in our construction division but is able to jump in and help with golf projects, turf maintenance, and athletic field set up.

Evan VadalaConstruction/Turf Grass Maintenance
New to the team is Evan, who has spent the last 3 years working as an Assistant Superintendent in Long Island, NY. From daily turf maintenance to construction of new greens, tee complexes, cart paths and irrigation installations, we are excited to have Evan aboard.
